What is the first step in buying a home?
You will need to get pre-approved for a mortgage first (unless you’re rolling in dough). I have had the opportunity to work alongside dozens of lenders and have found some of the best. When you decide to work with me, I will send you a list of recommendations for you to find the best fit with you, without compromising expertise, efficiency, and thoroughness!
What if I need to sell my current home before buying another?
Definitely do-able and happens all the time! First, we need to find out how long it will take to get your home ready to list and how much time you’ll need to stay once we close on it. Once we’ve met, we can tailor a game plan that is best for your personal situation to reduce your stress and fears of both buying and selling in a similar timeline.
What areas do you service?
I live in Royal Oak, so my scope of work does not expand over 35 minutes outside of that radius. I do, however, make exceptions or have a referring agent who will travel outside of that distance so we still have the benefit of working together.
